GPS Problem

At first it happened with waze or maps that the GPS Bug from time to time with a small loss of location. The problem has become more and more frequent with a loss of location for 1 to 2 minutes and since this weekend almost nothing! On waze or maps the GPS finds a location then loses it for long minutes then finds it for a few seconds and it reperd behind it. It can no longer reliably sync more than 5s ....

If someone has already encountered this problem.

whenever you experience this issue, go to

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test GPS

After factory reset always the same problem, with GPS status, it remains in "location search" while in the GPS test it says that everything is ok

you might have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

BTW when you say factory reset, are you referring to XC or the phone settings?

I speak about: Backup and reset> reset to factory settings
