Only a month after purchasing xperia x from flipkart i noticed buzzing sound in my video and sound recording. Also during phone calls other party would complain about a buzzing sound. As instructed by customer care i tried disabeling the microphone, factory resetting and even sonftware update. After nothing helped i took it to authorised service cente, where they again updated the software, when that didnt help they concluded it was a hardware problem, so i left the phone for repair as adviced.

after 2 days when i call back they say the entire motherboard needs to be changed. To which i replied i'd rather go for exchange as i had clearly revieved a faulty product. They agreed to exchange it with a white one but they are unsure about the processing time, now im in delima as i am leaving delhi on 29 june, i.e this monday.
