I'm having a problem with my SD card and I can't sort it out. Can anyone help

I have tried it in another device and it worked fine. I've tried restarting my device and nothing seems to work.

I'm not sure why it stopped working but it's now being recognised by my phone again.

Just wondering if you by chance know what you did that fixed the issue. One day with phone in pocket as usual my sd card stopped reading. The card is seen by other devices but read as unformatted. No card is seen by phone now at all though. Tried new cards of many sizes and manufacturers as well as a factory reset on phone with no luck. I really use SD a lot so this is a problem. Any help would be appreciated.
