Accelerometer, gyroscope sometimes stops working

I bought a Sony Xperia X 4 days ago in Vietnam, when using, I saw sometimes Accelerometer or gyroscope stops working, so auto-rotate and others does not work anymore, until I reboot my phone. It looks like Xperia X performance Accelerometer issues.

Please help me, that is SW or HW issue, and how to fix it.

My phone running on Nougat 7.0 with FW version is 34.2.A.0.333.

If it is the same issue as with the Xperia X Performance, we have released a software update (build number 35.0.A.1.297) that fixes the issues described.

Therefore, we cannot give you an exact date for when a specific update will be available for your device. In addition, network operators and specific markets may choose not to avail of the updates for specific models.
