Random reboot

Hello, my xperia x comapct randomly rebooting itself.

When I'm using an app (no one in particular) or the phone is in standby it just reboot itself for no reason.

I already try a system repair using pc companion but problem persists.

What can I do to find the cause?

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your handset, sounds frustrating!

If you have an SD card in your phone, remove it and then see if you have the rebooting issue. If it does, you will need to replace the SD card in your handset.

Also try with the SIM card removed, same as above, if the problem stops you will need to replace the SIM card.

after you performed software repair using Xperia Companion, do not re install your apps yet. observe if it still happens. then add your apps one by one to see which app causes the problem

Thanks for your suggestions.

I don't use a sd card, so I try to remove the sim card but a few hours after the phone rebooted itself.

I'm not sure it's an issue related to a particular app because it also happed after an hard reset when I haven't installed anything (aside from sony and google apps).
