topic Transfer cable in X Series

Transfer cable

Should the transfer cable be included with my Sony Xperia for transferring files if not why as my husbands Samsung has?

The Companion will transfer everything but my contacts so I don't know what to do?

If I need a cable which one is it and where do I get it?

@Cehoulton inside the box of your X compact you should have a charger with an USB to USB-C cable, that's the cable you need to use to connect your phone to your computer using XC

Hi thanks for the reply, I am aware of that cable I just mean the transfer cable to attach to my old phone, otg adapter. It is included with other phones.

However with the transfer on th computer which I have tried everything except my contacts transfers
