Hi @Viswam, welcome to the forum!

Have you recently started using your device? If that is the case you will receive updates over the air until your device has reached the latest available software version. If you could send me your device's IMEI in a PM I can look into this for you and see if this is the case.

The IMEI can be found in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Product ID, or by dialing *#06#.

I start using this device.... Since from February.. From that time onwards updating new softwares.
