    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1043649"&gt;@Antwnios&lt;/A&gt;, I am sorry to hear about this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just to confirm, your phone will charge but you cannot transfer data using the USB port, is that correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try enabling USB debugging mode. To do this please go to Settings &amp;gt; About Phone, then tap on the build number until it says "You are now a developer".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go back to settings, and there will be a new option called "Developer options".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In here, turn on "USB Debugging".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get the data transfer option now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The July upgrade has ruined my cell phone. The usb port does not work (only charges). The August upgrade did not fix the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
