Mic not working on x performance

Mic isn't working during normal calls. No one can hear me but on speaker phone everyone hears me. Kind of annoying. Any thoughts?

could you test the phone on >>> safe mode and also test the mic

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test mic

I did run the diagnostics and it says the mic is fine

Hey try going to Sound > Accessory Settings. What's mic set to?

It's set to auto. Really don't know why on speaker ppl call hear me during a normal call they can't.
