Video function doesn't work

When I want to record a video, there is an error "camera is open in another application"

What can I do to solve this. I already made a restart of the phone.

Hi @TwanKurf, I'm sorry to hear about this.

Could you try rebooting your phone into safe mode and see if it is possible to record video then? Safe mode will temporarily disable downloaded apps so this will help us determine if one of those could be the cause.

The video works in safe mode. Is there a way to see which application causes the error?

hey, do you by any chance have "OK Google" phrase set to activate from any screen? you can check by opening Google app and going to its settings > Voice > 'OK Google' detection and checking if "From any screen" toggle is enabled. if it is, try disabling it and try recording a video again.

@TwanKurf I'm afraid that it's hard to determine which app that causes this. However, if you found that this behaviour started after installing a new app or after some apps were updated I'd recommend that you try uninstalling these as the first step. I also recommend that you check out @najodleglejszy's suggestion.
