      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems to be an annoyance, if it was me personally, I'd backup using Xperia Companion and then do a full &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to proper clean it out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still does the same, contact your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;# for an evaluation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
