Headset not Supported

When I plug a normal 3,5mm Audio Cable or my Sony Headset in, my Phone says "Headset wird nicht unterstützt" which means Headset not Supported. I already restarted my phone, but it don't get away. I don't want to reset my phone, 'cause it's a huge effort...

Edit: Now I have done the Software Repair and my Problem is still there...

Are any of them Sony branded? See if it does the same thing in safe mode.

Yes, one of them is Sony branded.

And it does the same thing in Savemode.

Try a software repair using Xperia Companion but if that does not help you may wish to contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.

I gave my phone to the Repair, but the Problem ist still there

Why is my Sony MDR-EX450AP Headset not compatible to my Xperia X? It worked until a view months. Now it says that the Headset is not supported. I payed 35€ for them and my phone is the only thing, I will use it for.

Just to clarify, you have tested different headphones and none work with your phone? if that's the case then you will have to contact your Local support to get it inspected/repaired.

But they (Sony) repaired my phone already and it still don't work. Since one of the last Updates a normal Aux Cable work, but no Headsets or Headphones. They are still "not supported"

Same here, headset not supported, i have went trough all steps in smart connect and even reset whole memory on device but stil "not supported" is it some problem with last system pach or it just randomly happens ??
