X compact shuts off autonomous without any warnings at 60-90% battery capacity left.

Someone any idea?

Hi @cobox2001, sorry to hear about this.

Are you able to power on the phone again after it has shut down or do you need to connect a charger to the phone and charge it for a while because the battery level is very low?

If you need to connect a charger again and charge the phone, it does sound like it's related to hardware and your phone will need to be examined at an authorized service centre. Your Local support will assist you further with this so please get in touch with them.

If you can power on the phone again or if automatically starts up again, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you experience the same behaviour when downloaded applications aren't loaded.

You can also try removing your SIM and/or SD card from the phone.
