HI

I bought Xperia x day last Sunday . With Original android 6 update. My phone was work correctly. And I updated the phone day before yesterday . After update the phone the finger print not work. It's not recognize. I know Sony will say this is a hardware issue. Thats the easiest answer they can tell. Same thing happened to my Xperia z5 after update to Android 6. They said its a hardware issue. Even I changed the finger print sensor it doesn't work. When I disable the Google body sensor it's work for Xperia z5. So I did same to the Xperia x. And its work. So I just want to know from Sony why you guy's say this is hardware issue? How its work if I disable the Google body sensor? I need a good answer for this.
