My phone replace screen about 3 month ago by Sony service center. I have problem about 3 day, i have tried software repair with sony component but nothing change.

I tested and flow the step-by-step but have same issues.

Note: I running normally with many applications. Only face issues with calling.

I have problem with touch screen (video uploaded) problem only with phone app when calling ( auto loudspeaker, mute micro, dialpad, press many number on dialpad...) I have tried factory reset on my phone and xperia Component...) But can't resolve this problem

Ok so when you use the phone app it is mysteriously press buttons all over the place all by itself? Like a ghost in the screen?

I have try disabled double tap to walk temporary fix this problem. I will be feedback this problem again

Do you have glove mode (settings->display->scroll to the bottom) switched on?

Is it specific for that 1800 number or does it happen with all phone numbers.

Does it happen in safe mode too?

I don't use gloves mode. I tried safe mode and reset all with xperia component.

This problem with all calling all number. But another application use normal.

That is really strange.

The one thing I can advise you is to use another phone app for the time being.

(and contact Support to send your device in for repair)
