Easiest way:

Install a VPN app like OpenVPN and read a howto.

There is a rich choice:

You can setup VPN for your device.

VPN phonewide is done by setting it up in settings (search for VPN) , remeber to install a VPN app first.

You can choose to set up VPN just for your browser.

Example: I have a VPN through my Raspberry and I have set Firefox on my phone to use it. When the blocking is too strict I use Chrome which does not go through a VPN.

VPN is a smart choice when you use public WiFi. (your connection will be encrypted)

The smarter choice is to never use public WiFi and only connect through mobile internet.
