I have a Xperia X model I use BT Internet and I have a wallet pass app for things like boarding passes etc

Is it possible to move an email to my wallet pass? I've tried but to no avail! I have a Sony Xperia version 8.0

Which Email app are you using?

What do you mean by "wallet pass"?

I still don't understand the issue, are you having issues with the app? if you are then you have to report it to the app developer.
