Xperia 1 II. Problem with camera shutter button

Recently, I noticed that when I lay the phone somewhere on a hard surface, then there is a rattling sound. Later I found that this is the sound of a backlash of the camera shutter button. It just moves in different directions, as if it was clicked a lot of times. This is very annoying. Does anyone have the same problem?

Problem with a button(which is lower than the power button of the device),it just rattles and walks in different directions, as if it had been clicked for about 5 years, but i hadn't pressed it at all.

It seems like that button needs to be fixed physically, contact the support to get a repair.

Do you have a case on your Xperia? Take it off and test again. Maybe it helps (it helped me to fix my problem 😉 ).
