When open my videocamera do not appear any image on the screen. Just it look all black. It seems like when the lens is closed but the lens are well opened. It recognize the lens obturer well (when I close the lens appear the message "open the lens .." and viceversa), but doesn´t show any image on the screen.

I´ve reset the video camera. I´ve also take out the battery for 1 minute, like Sony assistant say and nothing. It looks like a miss configuration. ¿does anybody knows a suggest about it?

Is there anything at all on the screen?

A completely blank screen could mean a broken ribbon cable, which runs through the rotating hinge connecting to the camera body. They can be fixed, often economically, as the ribbons are quite cheap and replacement by an experienced technician takes a couple of hours at most.
