I have a Laptop Model VPCS13V9E. Following a session with Norton On-Line support my fingerprint sensor has stopped working. I guess the Norton engineer did something wrong but of course he now won't do anything to put it right. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to go about fixing the problem. I guess one of the device drivers has been disabled, but this is just a guess on my part.
