vaio shell stop working for vpceb3joe

i installed vaio care update version 8.1 but after installing it says vaio shell stop working when i starts programe. Is there any solution ?

Hi nadeemshzad and welcome,

Have you installed the Vaio Care update EP0000280235.exe. If you have then try uninstalling Vaio Care via control panel and then install the original software:

that origional version is working , but when i update it then this problem of vaio shell comes into play.

There have been updates for some models that addressed this problem but unfortunately this does not seem to be available for your model. If you can bear with us I will try to find out why.
