sony multi flip touch screen problems

hey all, i have one of the new multi flip hybrid laptops but have one problem. when i have the device folded down in tablet mode, sometimes the touch screen stops working and the only way i can get it to work again is by logging out and then signing back in. anyone else have this problem?

Can you give us the Vaio model please (SVF...............)

Are you using Windows 8 or 8.1?

Have you installed the latest BIOS Update?

I have the same problem . Do you know how much time i have spent to fix this laptop so far ? first it was the faulty screen with dead pixel and after one month they replaced it with new one ( long story ) . then my bluetooth ... and now touch screen

I dont like my laptop .

P.S lots in the States also got this problem.... they are starting to post on the Sony facebook page and are getting banned..
