It says on the invoice (and I believed) I had bought it with Microsoft Office 2013. It also mentions on the invoice Office business 2013 + acrobat is installed. Problem is I cannot open word, powerpoint etc. There is no key number to activate either. It says on these units it is pre installed. But I cant find. Was it direct from Sony or from a third party reseller?<BR /><BR />If you give us the Vaio model, we can try to check what software was preinstalled but I think Office 13 Trial version is the norm and the full version is an optional extra on customised models bought direct from Sony.<BR /><BR />Give us a bit more information and we will try to get an answer for you.
