SVF13 Keyboard problem

I purchased an SVF13 in December and love it apart from the fact that the keyboard appears to dip in the middle and when I close the lid the machine opens up all sorts of programes on its own.... I assume its because the keyboard touchs the touch screen.

Can anyone tell me if this is "normal" of if the machine needs to be repaired? I love everything else about it so am hoping there is an easy fix for this.....

Hi stratirl and welcome.

It does not sound normal - the keyboard should not touch the screen when the Vaio is closed.

I would discuss this with Sony Support as I doubt there is an easy solution. Most likely the keyboard needs re-fitting or replacing.
