    <description>Hi tried that but they won't help because the computer is over 3 years old and no longer under warranty just hope we can get it back somehow, my friend says that the windows 10 could still be detected&lt;BR /&gt;at least he can watch his YouTube I managed to upgrade it to 8.1&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from Windows Mail</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi guys need help ,sony are being too quiet. i upgraded my sony vaio svj series 2 years ago ..my autistic son loved it for the touch screen for his roblox and minecraft and watching you tube..due to a failed update that corrupted the drive it wouldnt work ive had to reset my computer, ive managed to update it to 8.1 ..but touch screen doesnt work on roblox and minecraft..hes distraught...is there any way i can get it back without giving microsoft another 90quid&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you tell me the full model number and the 15 digit serial number of your VAIO laptop and version of Windows you have currently installed?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you also let me know how you reset your laptop, and if was through the system recovery option from the hidden partition or using recovery media files that were purchased?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
