      <title>FW11E Sound has suddenly stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, please help me!&lt;BR /&gt;Only got my laptop on Saturday, switched it on, put broadband on, tried it out etc....ALL working fine. Switched it off.&lt;BR /&gt;Sunday, I switch it on and there is NO SOUND! the speakers are working, but only if I put my ear ON the speaker, the  I can here it  tiny bit. All volume controls are up, it says its all working fine, we've uninstalled and re-installed drivers for the sound, still not working.&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried everything we can think if.&lt;BR /&gt;Tried ringing SONY but they are rubbish.....been put on hold for HOURS and not even spoken to any1 yet!&lt;BR /&gt;please help! we haven't installed or changed anythng apart from doing recommended updates from vaio.&lt;BR /&gt;any ideas on getting sound back?!?!?!?!&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
