ITV X Sub Titles

I don't know how it happened but we suddenly we are getting sub titles only on ITV X

I have a KD-32W800 and I need guidance on how to turn off sub titles on ITV X please. That is the only station where sub titles appear.

Grateful for any assistance.

Hi @James10 Have a look here and see if it helps. The ITVX App is supported by ITV, all Sony do is host it for them.
