LG 960 V, PS4 Pro, Sky Q, and Sony ST5000 issue

I'm hooking up my PS4 Pro and SKY Q box to teh Sony ST5000 sound bar. I'm taking the output of the soundbar and putting it into the LG 960 V's ARC port. I have HDMI CEC set up for everything (and before the ST5000 bar, everything worked fine). With the Sony ST5000, if I turn the Sky Q box, the PS4, or the ST5000 on, both the Sky Q box and the PS4 turn on. e.g. if I turn on the Sky Q box, everything turns on. Similarly, if I press the power button on the PS4 controller, everything turns on as well. Is there some way to prevent the Sky Q box from turning on when I turn on the PS4 and vice versa?

I don't think there might be a way to stop CEC from working only between two devices while the whole connection keeps running as it is. The only way I see this working is to disable CEC for the Sky Q box but still, it won't turn ON/OFF with any other device.
