      <title>Unable to Refresh Internet Content</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Hi, I've a Sony Bravia Model KDL-46NX710 and I am unable to access any forms of internet content, Netflix, Youtube or any other application or widget.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Oppose to that, when connecting my Blue-Ray DVD on the same network, I do get the applications such as Netfilx and Youtube.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I've already done a wired network set-up and test:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Cable Connection: OK&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Local Access: OK&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Internet Access: OK&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;But when I tried to refresh internet content, the following error message came up:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Configuration failed while connecting&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The system has encountered an error.       <description>&lt;P&gt;These are probably Services that your older TV is no longer compatible with, Blu-ray will be newer. You can solve the problem by purchasing a Google TV or an Amazon Fire Stick TV to be connected to an HDMI input.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help, but this TV is well defined as Internet TV and in the specs it defines connection to Internet, Netflix, Youtube and Widgets. But it does not at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the remote control I have a buttons to access directly the Widgets and the Internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for a help and I hope someone will help me in the end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still I like your answer after all, if I cannot get what is in the specs, I should buy new product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
