I bought an A7cii camera and a 24-50 G lens with a cashback offer and an extra year of warranty. This was in February 2025. Couldn't register my product or get any cashback according to the offer. Been in contact with Sony several times without getting help and the case is still not resolved. Waited 2 months without a response and then wrote to them again and then they replied that my case had been lost - asked me to send information again. Terrible service and bad to offer things you can't follow up on. Anyone with a similar experience?
