ILCE-6400 not remembering settings after restart

Hi,

I'm using Sony a6400 with the latest firmware and from time to time when I change a setting and turn-off the camera, when I power it back on, the settings are not saved.

Settings like picture profile settings, aperture, iso, etc.

And I am turning off the camera from the on/off button (not taking out the battery while still on).

Any ideas why?
