Sony A7R4 pixelshift image processing power

Dear All,

Can anyone please suggest some min computer specs to smoothly handle the 2GB images produced by pixelshift shots with A7R4 without losing all my hair?

I borrowed my kids gamer laptop (Razer intel i72.6GHz CPU, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce GTX970M/6GB, Windows10 Home), but it still struggles to manage the load. 

What do yo need to process 100s of such images a day? A quantum computer, dear Sony?

Sharing your exeriences and your suggestions are highly appreciated.

you shoot 100s of 240Mpx images per day? Or do you use the 4 image composite?

I would say that a faster computer wouldn't hurt. The listed specs of the "gaming computer" look a little bit outdated to me (five or six years old).

Then again - why do you shoot 100s of Pixelshift images per day? For what reason?
