I have been trying to connect my camera to my macbook using imaging edge. The steps I carried out are:
1. Turn PC Remote function on
2. Set connection method to Wi-Fi direct
3. Change my network connection to match camera
4. Launch Imaging Edge Remote app
5. Double click on device name
I then continually get an error where imaging edge crashes, tried several times and usual tries at rebooting mac and camera with no success.
Note: Imaging Edge and Macbook are both up to date with latest versions of software
Any ideas I can try

Hi, I experience same problem with A6100 and the OS is 10.15, aka Catalina.
So, when can we expect Sony to keep up with the pace;-)
