Since the Firmware update on 3rd June 2026 on Bravia 7 my CEC between the TV and my Soundbar is having issues. Had the TV exactly 1 year and now the volume button on the remote is jumps multiple notches upwards after +25 . it's fine on just the TV.
I've searched for fixes nothing works so has Sony themselves admitted there's a problem? Who can I contact at Sony?
