How do you change the aspect on Sony Bravia KD55XH9005 when watching films so picture fills screen
Depending on the source (i.e. an app) you can't. And btw you shouldn't because you are altering the image stretching or cutting it...

As a purist, I agree with rooob. And your TV may very well fight you if you try to change aspect ratios in many circumstances; but the things it will potentially allow are here:-
