When I want to download an application, I have to log in to my Google account. But, I can't type in the account details, just numbers.

If possible, could you take a photo of what you are seeing on your screen and upload it here? Obviously do not show any personal information.
The problem is that the virtual keyboard doesn't appear, so I can't type.
The usual cause is a usb dongle for a keyboard has been left connected. Make sure that nothing is connected to any usb port.
If it was me I would reset or factory reset the TV, just in case there is an app interfering with the virtual keyboard.

Have you tried pulling the plug + rebooting?
