Hi,
I have recently starting having problems with the Netflix app on my Sony KD-55X8509C 4K television.
It used to run perfectly but now the picture and sound stutter at random intervals (maybe every minute or so).
I know its not an issue with my broadband or netflix itself because it works fine on my other tv through my amazon firestick and i have a steady 50MB broadband connection.
It used to work fine so i find it really frustrating that i now have this problem.
I even tried plugging an ethernet cable into my tv to see if it was a wifi issue but i still get the stutters.
Has anyone experienced this or know how i can fix it?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried rebooting your KD-55X8509C to see if this helps?
