Sony remote home,guide,google play & apps button not working but everything else is ok ?

My Sony Bravia remote has stopped working, all the major controls work ie volume etc but not apps,guide,home & google play buttons , anyone else seen this and have a solution?

Hi @Pimpo22   Have you tried a simple soft reboot, hold down the remote power button until the TV reboots.

Just turned it off at the wall and rebooted, all ok now , should have tried that in the 1st place.
