Sound loss to sound bar bravia core

Hi just had a update to my XR65X94J sony tv, but after 28 minutes of watching Venum the sound went off but picture kept playing. Had to switch to TV audio and then back to sound bar to get working again, then after 10 minutes happened again. Think there's still a issue with the app.. 🤔..

All other streaming app work fine.. Hope sony fixes app. Had this issue now since beginning of June..

Spring from nowhere, come  in as a Specialist, seem to know all about everything, post detailed and accurate information at a startlingly rapid posting rate, not just here but across a wide range of Sony boards, don’t respond to unstructured questions - sorry, but you completely failed the Turing test at first.

 

(People think the Turing test just covers whether or not a machine can do things as well as a human can do them, but it also covers whether the machine can do them unfeasibly better).

 

I may have revised my opinion since, though 😛


My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…

There's nothing wrong with netflix... Was showing speed test which now is showing 210mbps with new hub 4 from virgin. Its bravia core with the issue, read previous messages - issue with external device xf9000 sound bar, app cuts sound off... App issue.

I'm so confused right now D-Law81, I thought that's a Netflix issue. Anyway, what's the software version of your TV then? Did you try a factory reset?

Sorry,? Title of question is at top and says bravia core sound loss to sound bar during play.. And tv is upto date on all software.. Please read all before asking question. Thank you.
