Hi there

"No Signal" is where the TV cannot detect the connected device.  This is normally due to the HDMI cable being uplugged (or not plugged in properly) or a faulty HDMI cable.

HDMI cables are not really 'hot pluggable' hence when you connect or disconnect them, it is best practice to turn the TV completely off.

Hi there

Test another HDMI cable and use another port on the TV.  Remember to turn off the TV firstly.

I hardly dare ask, but is the NowTV device powered up?

Many thanks

The light is showing on the Now TV device, and flickers when trying use the
remote, and the HDMI cable is almost brand new, hence my being stumped.
