Hi, I am having a problem since couple of days. My sony xperia C5 ultra dual is not charging when cell is ON. When i turned cell fone OFF and plug in the charger its showing charging. I have reset my cell fone and try charging in safe mode also but in vain. is there any solution?

Are you using Sony's wall charger and cable?

yes, i am using orignal sony charger with cable

could you try different wall sockets? are you using the phone while charging?

yes i did it and change various wall socket and even when i plugin with laptop its not showing and i dont use fone while charging

Could you test it in safe mode

I wonder if you have it set up to auto-back up apps and settings and/or auto update apps and/or auto backup photos/videos while charging.

i did it and fone is running in safe mode but problem still exist and fone not charging even not showing on laptop.

Try a different cable

Yes i tried with diffrent cable but problem still there
