What's new; Update & suggestions

Hi, 

I just received few updates for my C3 Dual but do not know what's new in those updates. Is there any where I can read the descriptions/enhancements of each update before I decide to upgrate the softwares?

I do not like the app "What's new" and its shortcut when swipe up the home button. How do I disable this app? And how do I remove or change the shortcut (e.g. to other apps)?

Finally, please let me know where I can give suggestions for future software update of the phone. Thank you.

Xhick on build no in settings developer options will then appear you can enable that there.and if your phone is leggy changing all the animation settings from 1x to. .5xhelp Alot
