I am new to a Sony TV [kdl43wf663] So far I have found it has a good picture, but then it goes down bank. The on/off, and two other switches are underneath the TV, where you have to feel about to find the right one. The amount of time and scrolling it takes to access settings. Being unable to lower the volume sufficiently in headphones. Cannot register the product after trying several times, and after receiving emails asking me to. Quite slow changing channels. Struggling to sign in to the forum,and constantly being given a picture quiz. My 10 year old Panasonic was much more user friendly.
