Hello,
I have been away for a few months and have recently returned to find that my Players running on version 4.9 and should be on 5.4. I did the download thing off this website and put the disc into the player (disc was finalised etc)
The front of the player and onscreen message read Loading and did so for a few hours, nothing happened in the end. Now It's not playing anything.
Can anyone please help?
