BDV-N9200W + UBP-X800M2 - audio problems

Does not work with both devices:

- audio Dolby Digital Plus (EAC3 or AC3+)
- .avi (!)

Additionally, does not work with BDV-N9200W:

- external USB disc more than 1TB

Unfortunately, I bought old unmodernized devices... There is no new firmware update, the latest from 2019... Does anyone know a solution, please? Outside product return..

Hi,

Not all formats are supported. You can find all the supported formats in the instruction manual.

Other than that I can't do anything to help with the unsupported formats.
