RDR-HXD890

Hi sorry my previous post had a typo. My RDR-HXD890 has no EPG. Updates online seem to be from 2009. My hardware is 455 Software is 115. Have set country to France as suggested on previous posts but with no EPG. Any suggestions of the solution  will be welcome.
