Album video and music app don't show my files at all. I have granted all permissions and tried clearing the catch still nothing. This phone is brand new. I have even done a factory reset. It was suggested to clear the media storage app as well. All that did was delete all my notification and ring tones. Had to reset to fix that problem but apps not working. Anyone with advice.
