Why does charging go backwards?

我充電時使用手機電量會一直倒退，為什麼會這樣？充電器都是原廠的！！電池維護不管開不開都幫助！

When I charge my mobile phone, I will always go backwards. Why is this happening? Chargers are original! ! Battery maintenance can't be opened without help!
