KDL-55W815B Bluetooth On/Off

Good evening. Is there an option to turn on/off bluetooth or is it always on? I know it has a wifi on/off option.

It is not possible to turn off the bluetooth.  You can find the settings here:-

Steps

1. Press the HOME button, then select [Settings].

2. Select [System Settings] → [Bluetooth Settings]*.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the set-up.

* This option is available depending on your model/region/country.

• Only Bluetooth mice (up to Bluetooth v3.0) can be registered to the TV. You can register up to 2 mice.
• Pointer operation of the Bluetooth mouse can be performed only on an internet browser.

Tennysonman is correct - unfortunately you cannot turn off bluetooth.  Bluetooth is also needed TV to sync 3D glasses to the TV (Active 3D), of which is automatic once paired.  Other model TV that dont require bluetooth to sync 3D glasses also do not have an 'off' switch.
