My TV only has a few HDMI inputs. However whenever I turn it on it defaults to the analog 00 channel I believe. Which is a really loud and annoying white static.
It would be good if i could just say, default to HDMI 1 even if that device isn't on, just to avoid this static.
Also, although perhaps even less possible to resolve, I'd like it so that if the channel +/- button is pressed it doesn't revert to the analog channels (perhaps do nothing instead), as this will go back to the white noise channels of pain. I've been tempted to rip this button off the remote (I only use the little remote)
